Many of us want to be able to be lean and toned at the same time. To have a six pack and buff arms that we can show off to people is something that many of us dream about. But this cannot happen unless you work hard to achieve this goal. There are six different steps that will help you to achieve the body of your dreams.

1. Set a goal that you can follow realistically
2. Plan a routine that will help you train your whole body
3. Commit to this routine for 4 to 5 weeks
4. Be excited to train and to tone up. This is a powerful driving force to whether or not you will stick with it
5. Use a healthy nutritional eating plan to go with your exercise routine
6. Be confident that this plan will work and that in time you will see results

Set A Goal

Many of us will set unrealistic goals that we won’t be able to follow. Slowly ease yourself into a practical and reliable exercise routine that you can follow everyday. As time passes you will have an easier time working out every day and trying to stay in shape. If you try to do too much too soon then you will tire easily and most likely quit after one week.

Plan A Set Routine

Make sure that the exercise routine you choose for yourself will work out your entire body. You will see better results if you try to work the whole body out then if you were to take it in sections. To know what exercises would be best for you sit down with a personal trainer at your gym. They can assess your physical status and tell you how best to accomplish your goal.

Have The Proper Attitude

Some days are going to be harder then others. There are going to be days when you don’t feel like waking up early or you really want that juicy cheeseburger. The best way to fight this is to stay encouraged and positive. Remember the goal that you have set for yourself and why you want to meet it.

Remind yourself that if you were to stray off course that you would feel guilty in the end. But if you resisted you would be proud of yourself. This will give you another boost of confidence and will bring you one step closer to reaching your goal.
