Exercise For Sexy Abs

Summer is going to come quicker than we think which means that we need to start losing the holiday weight and get those abs back into shape and looking great. Usually we think that crunches are the best – but most of us don’t like to do them at all. Try to mix things up a little and do some exercises that will get your heart rate up and work those abs extra hard.

Standing bicycle

Stand up with your feet a hid width apart. Bend your knees a little bit, clasp your hands behind your head, and point your elbows to the sides. Now straighten your left leg while you are lifting your right leg. Make sure that your knees are bend and your thighs are parallel to the floor. While keeping your knee in the air and steady twist your torso to the right. Return to the start position and repeat it on the other side. Do at least 10 reps of them.

Plank Pose

Balance on your toes and palms for a minute. While you are holding it you need to pull your belly button to your spine and keep your back straight.

Seesaw

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart, your hands on your hips, and your knees bent a little. Lift your right leg, knee bent, and with your thigh parallel to the floor and your foot flexed. Straighten your right leg and press your heel to the floor while leaning your torso backwards. Return to the knee lift position and repeat the exercise five times. Switch sides and repeat it.
